Familiar with dark territories (Dea Hydra is among others a member of the death rock band Emptiness and has collaborated as a session musician with Position Parallèle), Luminance delivers 6 new tracks soaked in the blackest tar, flirting with Industrial ("Fortress", "Framed"), but also venturing into Synth Pop ("Some of Us"), dark Elektro ("Dimension Wide", "Un Soupir de Trop") or fairy-like Ambient fantasies ("Carousel"). As a whole, the album diffracts, as through the multiple facets of a diamond, the images of a legendary territory populated by armed priestesses, silent soldiers guarding a golden throne or valiant knights scanning desolate landscapes from the top of their fortresses.
